Evaratus (formerly Scaler AI Labs)

Founding Team Member · 2025–2026

I was part of the founding team of the AI-data business that started inside Scaler as Scaler AI Labs and became Evaratus. We built the things frontier models learn and get tested on — RL environments, evals, and multimodal training data — and I spent most of my time on what customers needed and on making the data good enough to be worth paying for.

Selected work
  • Researched what frontier labs actually needed from data, scoped pilots, and turned proofs of concept around in five days; 8 pilots, 3 converted to paid.
  • Built a multimodal training-data pipeline — computer use, audio, image and reasoning — that delivered 150K+ tasks and 70K+ data-hours.
  • Designed a multi-tier QA system (calibration, reviewer audits, agreement scoring) that lifted acceptance rates from 60% to 85%.
